Important Booking Notes
✔ Sweet RIM does not provide alcohol — hosts supply all spirits in compliance with Florida law.
✔ We recommend one bartender per 50 guests to ensure smooth service.
✔ A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date.
✔ Final event details, bar setup review, and menu coordination are completed the week of your event.
✔ A tip jar is placed unless prepaid gratuity is chosen — hosts may request no tip jar by selecting prepaid service gratuity.
