Sweet RIM Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Florida only in accordance with Florida Cottage Food Law.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.

Our syrups, dusts, and gourmet garnishes are packaged by hand using protective materials to minimize breakage.
Please refrigerate syrups after opening and use within 30 days.

Local pickup and delivery options are available within Palm Beach County.

All items are sealed, labeled, and packaged under Florida Cottage Food Law guidelines.
We carefully package your order to prevent breakage.
If ordering for gifting or events, please order 5–7 days in advance.

Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, typically within 2–4 days of ordering.
We will message you to schedule your delivery time window.

Sweet RIM products are non-returnable once delivered or shipped due to product safety laws, but we will address damaged orders on a case-by-case basis.
